Apolipoprotein is a part of plasma lipoprotein. It is devided 5 types (A, B, C, D, E). For apolipoprotein a1, there are many reasons of the value variation. The liver damage cause apolipoprotein1 compounded decrease. When it is lower than 0.5g/L, it means the dyslipidemia appears. However, there is also many reasons of apolipoprotein 1 value increase. Such as taking some antiepileptic medicine, but it will go normally after stop; drink excessive wine, but it will go back after stop for a time; femal during pregnacy; there is some diseases in liver.
