Calcium mainly exists in bone and teeth. The content of calcium in human body is about 2% in whole weight. But in bone and teeh, the content is about 99%, and other 1% distributes in blood, intercellular fluid and soft tissue. Calcium could promote some enzyme activity, take part in nerve, muscle activity and neurotransmitter releasing, adjust hormone secretion. All activities about blood coagulation, cell adhesion, muscle contraction also need calcium.
Calcium Ca Test kit is used for the quantitative detection of calcium Ca in human serum.
